wagasi lending agreement
Article 1 (Membership)
The wagasi lending service is provided by wagasi web service.
A "wagasi member" is defined as a person who has completed membership registration on the wagasi website.
A wagasi member may receive loans from wagasi in accordance with the Membership Agreement.
Article 2 (Contract Limit and Suspension of Loans)
Members may borrow repeatedly within the contract limit amount.
The contract limit amount is determined by the Company within the limit amount of the Member's application.
The contracted maximum amount will not be notified in the event that the wagasi is changed.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the Company deems it necessary in accordance with laws and regulations or for the preservation of claims, the contract limit may be reduced or new loans suspended without the Member's approval, and the Member agrees to that.
Article 3 (Repayment Method)
The repayment method shall be as notified by WAGASI to the Member on the WAGASI website.
The final repayment date, number of repayments, repayment date or repayment amount shown on the statement delivered at the time of borrowing may vary depending on subsequent borrowing or other factors.
Article 4 (Borrowing Method)
Borrowing shall be conducted in a manner notified to members on the wagasi website.
Article 5 (Valid Period of Use)
The borrowing period is 5 years from the date of signing of the contract, except as otherwise stipulated in the Terms and Conditions. However, if no request is made by the member or the Company by the expiration date, the term is automatically renewed for another 5 years, and the same applies thereafter.
If the member or the Company requests non-renewal by the expiration date, the member shall pay the full amount of the remaining debt as of the expiration date in accordance with the terms of the contract until full payment is made.
Article 6 (Borrowing Interest Rates, etc.)
The borrowing interest rate shall be the rate specified by the Company.
The interest rate will be notified on the wagasi website at the time of borrowing.
Article 7 (Repayment Date)
Repayment shall be made on the date designated by the Company.
The repayment date will be notified on the wagasi website at the time of borrowing.
Article 8 (Repayment before the Repayment Date)
Members may repay the loan before the due date.
No reduction of interest will be made if repayment is made before the repayment date.
Article 9 (Late Payment)
If a borrower fails to pay the agreed-upon repayment amount on time or otherwise forfeits the benefit of time, the borrower shall pay a late payment penalty as prescribed by the Company.
The Company shall notify the Borrower of such late payment charges on the wagasi website.
Article 10 (Others)
Other terms and conditions not included in this membership agreement may be added to wagasi's terms and conditions in the future.
Any additions to the terms and conditions may be made without the consent of the member.
